KG, has been awarded an award of approximately $ 23 million Swedish Defense Materiel Administration (“FMV”) follow-up contract for the supply of additional software-defined radios (“SDR”) for the Swedish Armed Forces. The contract will be executed over a period of 30 months.
Following previous orders received since 2016 from FMV, Elbit Systems will now supply additional E-LynX™ Dual-channel SDR vehicle configurations, as well as vehicle configurations in full duplex multichannel technology, as part of from Sweden tactical radio upgrade program. SDR’s E-LynX family is designed with an open architecture approach, featuring unique waveforms and enabling adoption of European and NATO waveforms.
