According to GizmoChina, a tipster has revealed information about the chipset and fast charging capabilities of the iQOO Z5x. While the smartphone is expected to arrive in China, it’s unclear whether it will land in India as well.
The gaming console listing revealed that the iQOO Z5x’s display could be fitted with a center-positioned punch hole. Whether it houses the same 6.67-inch 120Hz FHD + IPS LCD panel that was made available on the iQOO Z5 remains to be seen.
Last month the company introduced iQOO Z5 in India which starts at Rs 23,990 for the 8GB + 128GB version.
The higher version of 12GB + 256GB will be available at Rs 26,990. The smartphone is available on the official iQOO website and on Amazon from October 3 at the start of the Amazon Great Indian Festival.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC paired with the Adreno 642L GPU, up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of storage.
The smartphone supports dual SIM cards and runs the Origin OS 1.0 based on Android 11 out of the box.
The iQOO Z5 5G has a triple rear camera module that includes a 64 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, it has a 16 MP front camera.
