Kevin Iwersen, Chief Information Officer
Kevin Iwersen has experience managing technology infrastructure for corporations, state courts, state executive government agencies, and US military organizations, most recently serving as CIO for the judicial branch of Idaho. He will work alongside Tyler’s CTO, Chief Information Security Officer and VP of Cloud Strategy and Operations in his new role. He will succeed former CIO Matt Bieri following Bieri’s retirement in early 2022.

James Reed will be responsible for all related development and financing activities in his new role at Paladin, including new developments, custom build opportunities, redevelopment and related construction services. Reed’s previous career included more than $ 60 billion in projects.

Brian Colacarro, Senior Vice President of Asset Management
In his new role, Brian Colacarro will work to develop Trademark’s asset portfolio and institutional services business, as well as overseeing the customer experience and customer service platforms. Colacarro previously served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Affairs for Swire Properties in Miami, where he led the vision and strategy for a multi-billion dollar mixed-use development and oversaw real estate assets in excess of $ 5 billion.

Matt Mallett, Senior Vice President of Product
Matt Mallett was until recently Managing Director of Elm Park Capital, a private debt investment firm, where he was responsible for the origination and valuation of investments, gaining first-hand experience in the financing of lower middle market debt. Prior to that, he worked for two years in the investment division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Brandon Pabalate, Director of Risk and Compliance
Brandon Pabalate comes to CollateralEdge as Director of Risk and Compliance and with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Pabalate was Head of Enterprise Risk for Vista Bank, overseeing several risk management functions. Previously, he was the Security and Soundness Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, leading the business and trust reviews of supervised institutions.

Will B. Hodges has nearly 20 years of mechanical engineering experience with a specialty in sustainable design. Since joining Syska’s Dallas office in 2006, he has designed numerous facilities including large critical data centers, commercial properties, hotels, hospitals and light industrial buildings.
